We're Andrea and Nancy,

Partners in BD3 Solutions.

We've each spent plenty of time on the wrong side of a goal we really wanted to reach, trying harder, white-knuckling our way through, and wondering why the change needed never seemed to stick. Then we trained with Dr. BJ Fogg, founder of Stanford's Behavior Design Lab, and everything clicked.

 

It turns out the reason change feels so hard usually isn't a character flaw, a willpower shortage, or that thing your fourth-grade teacher wrote on your report card. It's a design problem. And design problems have solutions.
 

Here's the good news: you don't need more discipline, more guilt, or another motivational quote on a sticky note. You need a process that actually matches how human behavior works. That's Behavior Design, and it's what we teach. Using the Tiny Habits® Method and the principles of Fogg Behavior Design, we help individuals make the changes that have felt just out of reach, and we help teams make decisions and hit their objectives together—better and faster. Either way, behavioral science does the heavy lifting, so change stops feeling like a fight and starts feeling kind of fun. (We're serious. Celebration is part of the method.)
